Card trading, like back in the schoolyard CardPal is the app that brings sports card trading back to the playground. Snap a photo of your card, tell us what you're after, and we find who has it near you. NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, soccer, F1... if it's sports, it's here.

We built CardPal around one simple idea: the joy of meeting up to trade in person, between collectors, with no middleman taking a cut along the way.

Why we're asking for a hand CardPal is an independent project, built with no fundraising and no investors to pay back. In practice, that means:

no ads cluttering your feed, no selling your data to third parties, no commission on your trades. But running an app costs money: servers, the card catalog database (several million cards referenced), the domain name, the tools. Your support on Liberapay covers those costs and keeps CardPal free, open, and true to its promise.
