Project Description:

The "By your side" project offers people in severe personal crises quick and free psychological counseling, psychotherapy assistance, and support. Our service fills a gap for those who urgently need help but are confronted with months of waiting times for psychologists and psychotherapists or cannot afford private services due to their financial situation. Our goal is to alleviate acute stress, provide initial orientation in difficult life situations, and build a long-term support network.

Project Goals:

• Provide quick and free psychological emergency help for people in crisis.
• Eliminate financial barriers to make help accessible for everyone.
• Offer security and guidance in stressful situations.
• Promote the importance of early psychological help to prevent long-term strain and reduce stigma.

Project Costs:

The total costs of the project in 2025 amount to approximately 153,000 PLN. These funds are required for the development of content, materials, translations, technical infrastructure, and necessary external services.

Our team consists of professionals and volunteers who together contribute 1300 hours per year for counseling, organization, and supervision.
