Description
DNS Profile Creator is a free, open-source tool (BSD 3-Clause) that generates DNS-over-HTTPS and DNS-over-TLS configuration profiles for iPhones, iPads, and Macs. It also runs as a web tool that works entirely in your browser.
Configuring encrypted DNS on Apple devices should take minutes, not an evening of reading documentation. Presets for Quad9, AdGuard, and other resolvers get you started with one click. If you run your own Pi-hole or AdGuard Home, you can point the profiles at your own servers.
The app does not run a local server. Nothing listens on the network. Profiles can be signed with your own key from your Keychain, and the private key never leaves it.
The core will always be free. Donations pay for development time, security review, and support. There are no paywalled essentials and no premium pressure.
