Howdy ๐! My name is Philipp C. Heckel (Phil). I'm a Software Engineer, an open source fan, and a semi-regular blogger. I'm originally from Germany de, but am now living with my family in the beautiful Fairfield in Connecticut us. I have two kids, a son and a daughter ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ.
Currently I am feverishly working on my push notification tool ntfy, for which I also run a free version on ntfy.sh.
Donations will primarily be used to cover the cost of running the free server (ntfy.sh), as well as to pay for developer licenses (mostly for Apple). Currently the cost is about $400/year. Beyond that, donations of any kind will be humbly accepted and used for coffee and cookies.
